Because all of our products are handcrafted, lead times are estimated on the LEAD TIMES information on each product page. All furniture pieces are Made to Order. Lead times begin when full or half payment is received. Full payment is required for orders under $5000. All goods are shipped via UPS. Larger orders are shipped using freight services. All formal quotes are honored for 1 month. All fixtures are UL listed. All fixtures are tested on Lutron based dimming systems. LED bulbs are subject to a 10-100% dimming scale. Customization fees apply if an alternate dimming system is used that requires drivers or transformers. LED bulbs are provided for a variety of product and or subject to limitations for all 220v applications. Email us at info@atelierdetroupe.com for more information.
For orders requiring COM/COL a swatch is required for approval prior to production. Please email info@atelierdetroupe.com for any questions regarding fabrics.
Atelier de Troupe asks that customers please use extensive detail and review of all chandeliers once delivered. We ask for the recipient to please make notes of any imperfections, damages and or flaws prior to installation. Atelier de Troupe will not be held liable to any damages or imperfections after installations. Please document all reviews once item is received and report back to Atelier de Troupe prior to installation.
Most items can be rushed for a 25% upcharge. Please contact Atelier de Troupe for approval and rushed lead time.
Customers will receive notification once the order is complete. After 30 days of the completion date, if no contact is made on behalf of the customer for payment and/or logistics scheduling, Atelier de Troupe will transfer the merchandise to storage. Atelier de Troupe may charge a monthly storage fee of $100 towards the pending invoice. These fees will need to be paid in order for shipment to be released. If shipment is not made within 120 days, Atelier de Troupe reserves the right to reallocate the product and cancel the order.
Cancellations must be made within 5 business days of payment of order. Custom orders cannot be canceled. Rush orders cannot be canceled.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, no returns or exchanges are permitted for both lighting and furniture. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
All damage claims must be made in writing to Atelier de Troupe within 7 business days of receipt of items. Please retain all the original packaging and include clear pictures of damages and packaging along with an explanation of the occurrence. Failure to retain packaging may invalidate the claim.
Fixture warranty is guaranteed for one year after delivery, which includes the repair or replacement of defective product and/or components, not installation. Atelier de Troupe is not responsible for any costs of installation, removal, reinstallation, restoration, or repair work.
Any damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods. Any damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer or any outside parties. Any fixture or fixture component damage caused by incorrect light bulb usage or wattage. Light bulbs, if provided (US only), are control tested for environments and maximum wattage is clearly marked. Any damage caused by unsuitable weather or improper environments. Any changes in appearance of natural and un-lacquered finishes, which are subject to aging. Any parts purchased separate from our light fixtures that are added to purchased product.
